I am thinking … about how much better my office looks, now that I have hidden away all my clutter in bankers’ boxes.  Just don’t look in those boxes… )

I am thankful for … all the time spent with family and friends lately.  It’s nice to be able to visit!

From the kitchen … not a whole lot.  I have so many fresh vegetables in my fridge, though, and I’d love to get cooking but I’m feeling uninspired today.

I am wearing … my purple capri sweats and a grey sweatshirt – the epitome of class and style!

I am creating … some semblance of order amidst the chaos of my house, and I will be creating some birthday cakes for 2 little bugz on Friday!

I am going … to Edmonton tonight to see Erin, then Jessie!

I am reading … the same 3 books:  Omnivore’s Dilemma, Animal Vegetable Miracle, and The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

I am hoping … that the weather is beautiful for the bugz’ birthday party on Saturday!  And that their colds have subsided a little.  And that I get a chance to make some work-related phone calls today or tomorrow!

I am hearing … sisters playing quietly as they wake up from their nap

Around the house … a pony wall being installed tomorrow, cleaning to do for the weekend, and big-girl beds to be painted by Monday!

One of my favorite things … is soft strawberry blonde curls, all tussled from a morning nap, peering into my office with big, blue eyes

A few plans for the rest of the week … cleaning, pony wall (!!!), banking, a trip out to Sunshine Organic Farm (I hope!), cake-making, treat-bag-building, and a birthday party – doesn’t it just seem like the first one was last week??
