You know when you’ve been in Vegas for 3 days at an incredible dance conference? And it’s been amazing, and inspiring, and exhausting? And you’re part of a Summer Blog Challenge? And you need a get-out-of-posting-free card?

Ya. That.

But before I totally cop out on today’s post, I will tell you this: I took THE most beautiful, grounding modern class yesterday, and the most empowering Afro-jazz class today. Between the two, I am the sorest I’ve ever been but I am also the freest I’ve ever been.

My soul? As close to healed as I’ve been in years.
