Couldn't agree more! I have been going to Bikram for two years, and thought I would try out a new Moshka studio that opened just a block from my house. I have tried two classes- and the only thing I like is the class is shorter, so I can run errands afterwards and I barely sweat so I can go right out from class! That's about it. The classes lack flow and focus on alignment in the postures...and doing it once feels WAY too easy.

But all in all, it in no way has the flow or energy that I get from a Bikram class. The flow of postures in Bikram makes sense, and its not instructions like "take a really big step" LOL...it's nice and clear "take a step 3 feet minimum" No chance for the mind to wander!

OMG! What happened? I like cops. I learned a long time ago, in my wasted youth, that if you give the officer the respect he/she deserves, they will give it to you.
Don't people realize what kind of anarchy would exist without them?
On Valentine's Day night, two years ago, I saw my tax dollars at work...
My bedroom became as daylight at 2 am, thanks to Air 1 and six cop cars. I watched as three teenaged gangsters were searched and arrested on my front lawn. None of those laptops, CDs, video cameras or knives belonged to me, but someone was missing them. Kudos to cops. Tax money well spent.
Hope everything is okay, Meg <3
